We are looking for a polished, professional and friendly General Restaurant Manager to join the team of this Michelin Star Restaurant. Excellent people management skills are a must along with a real style and sense of 5 star high end service.
Having a proven track record in very high end dining or Michelin star this may be the opportunity for a very talented Assistant Restaurant Manager who wishes to make the next step in their career. Working hand in hand with the Exec Chef, you will have superb food and beverage knowledge and have excellent attention to detail.
Key areas we are looking for in an individual:
- Strong manager and effective communicator
- Innovative, driven and excellent customer care
- 5 star luxury experience and in-depth knowledge of F & B
- 3 AA rosette or Michelin background
Excellent basic salary plus 5 star package
