Action Recruitment are seeking an Executive Head Chef for our client, a luxury high end resort outside Dublin. The ideal candidate will have experience as Executive Chef in a four or five-star property, preferably with strong AA Rosette and/or Michelin star exposure. You must be able to lead, motivate and inspire the Chef team and kitchen staff and to build on the well-established reputation of this business, to ensure guest satisfaction and high standards are consistently met at all times. You must have experience of banqueting and fine dining. Experience abroad or in high-end luxury brand would be an advantage.
