An exciting opportunity has arisen for an accomplished and experienced Hotel General Manager to join the team of our client at this exciting Dublin location. As a General Manager you will be highly driven, enthusiastic and a positive team player, who likes a challenge and creates success with a team of people. You will be a natural leader with proven ability to drive the business and create value for the customers. Experience working in rooms driven properties would be essential for this role.
You would be joining a team renowned for their fantastic culture & progression opportunities.
As a General Manager you will:
– prepare annual budgets with your nominated financial controller for submission to the relevant stakeholders
– drive the team to deliver on budget while managing cost and productivity
– assume responsibility for the revenue and expenditure to achieve optimum financial efficiency in line with budget.
– ensure recruitment, training & development, performance management, H&S etc. policies are adhered to
– Utilise relevant high performance working practices, provide training, encourage development, recognise and motivate staff to ensure superb service delivery
