Amazing high end resort in Leinster has a vacancy for a highly experienced Exec Sous Chef. We are looking for someone with international experience in multi-outlet environment with excellent people management skills and superb culinary hands on approach. This role would suit a Head Chef in a 4 star hotel abroad with high volume looking to relocate back to Ireland or a present Chef de Cuisine in a large resort.

Salary 55-60k doe
