Noel grew up on Achill Island. He gained his passion for the hospitality sector at the age of 14 when he took on a summer job with McDowells Hotel. Noel has worked in the industry ever since whether it be in Operations, Sales, Digital or Recruitment.
This year I celebrate 43 years in the hotel recruitment business. Looking back it has been a very rewarding roller coaster career, many successes and lots of challenging times. My abiding sense is one of gratitude for the many great people I have been associated with over the years.
Joyce has worked in the hospitality business for over 20 years, starting off waiting tables and working her way up to management level in some of Dublin’s most well known bars and restaurants. She has a passion for hospitality recruitment and started her career with Action over 10 years ago.
Emily has over 15 years experience within the hospitality industry in Ireland. She studied Hotel and Catering Management in DIT Cathal Brugha Street. Emily then worked as a Catering Manager before studying Human Resources in The NCI.
Christy is a young goal oriented professional with BA and a soon-to-be MA in Sociology. Through the course of her education she didn’t shy away from challenges/new opportunities to get her to where she wants to be.
With over 24 years of experience in luxury hotels and resorts in Ireland, Keith is excited to join Action Recruitment and help candidates find their next role in their career.
